Mobile barriers
Mobile barriers are fully perfected to meet legal requirements and valid testing protocols. These specifications are binding, but leave enormous leeway to make the product as user-friendly as possible for the operator.

Multiple barriers
Multiple barrier system allows our customers to remain flexible throughout the product’s entire service life. The frame is the basic structure of the multiple barrier. Based on this, up to 6 (EURO) or 3 (US) test regulations can be attached. Every single test setup is certified by our engineers.

Mobile crash block
Thanks to the modular design and a high degree of prefabrication in our factory, the mobile crash block can be set up anywhere in the world within a very short time, without the need to set up an elaborate construction site infrastructure.

Flying Floor
The Flying Floor platform is used to perform side impact tests. A permanent guidance of at least two guides in the crash track’s rail allows for the highest hit accuracy.

Fixed barriers
ERNST offers a wide assortment of fixed barriers for conducting standard and special tests. ERNST delivers the appropriate equipment for the automation of your block stems.

Rollover
For the execution of rollover tests, ERNST offers the necessary equipment to fully cover this complex test area. In this segment as well, our customers benefit from in-house production, as the respective products leave a lot of room for individual designs.

Electrical barrier positioning system
The system can be attached to almost any existing crash wall or crash block, allowing for cost-effective and short-term upgrades, even of very old systems. The electrical adjustment, along both the Y and X axes, allows for extremely accurate setting of the desired test position. Innovative barrier positioning system allows for a very simple, ergonomic and efficient preparation of your desired test scenario.
